Update exports text in the compliance center

  • Updates export alert text from:
    • An email will be sent with the report attached after it is generated. to
    • After the report is generated, an email will be sent with the report attached.
  • Adds date and time to subject
  • Removes compliance from subject for consistency
  • Removes title case from subject
