Update Code Review instances of 'may' to something else

What does this MR do?

Updates all instances of may in the groupcode review docs to use other words. (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/documentation/styleguide/word_list.html#may-might) I asked for a Vale rule (!123716 (closed)) and it didn't get approved, so I'm going to fix my own docset and walk away.

(After this MR, 2000+ instances of the word 'may' remain in the docs, but none are in groupcode review docs.)

Reviewer's checklist

Documentation-related MRs should be reviewed by a Technical Writer for a non-blocking review, based on Documentation Guidelines and the Style Guide.

• If the content requires it, ensure the information is reviewed by a subject matter expert.
