The following line in our docs is incorrect and misleading:

Enterprise users have user accounts that are administered by an organization that has purchased a GitLab subscription.

This change expands on the above to the following:

Enterprise users have user accounts that are administered by an organization with a verified email domain and an active GitLab subscription.
