Revamp CI job token docs
What does this MR do?
Our CI/CD job token feature is quite complicated and has gone through several revisions to the functionality, including the deprecation of an earlier setting. As a result, the docs have become quite complicated and hard to follow.
This MR fully revamps almost the entire page to bring it back up to normal docs standards by
- Simplifying language
- Reducing repetition
- Updating headers
- Making a lot of the language more concise
- etc.
