Explain deduplication for container scanning location

What does this MR do and why?

This MR is the result of changes done after the discussion of deduplication in the request for help https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/sec-sub-department/section-sec-request-for-help/-/issues/157.

It would be great to explain in the docs a bit more on how location is identified for scanners.

I've also noticed that the links at this page point to specific commits in code, so I thought it would be better to link to master.
