Remove Contribution Analytics page size feature flag

What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the use_500_page_size_for_contribution_analytics feature flag that sets the max page size to 500. After this change we'll use 500 page size by default (note: the FF was already enabled by default in 16.7).
