What does this MR do and why?

Corrects conflicting instruction regarding Restrict membership by email field

Current instruction:

You can prevent users with email addresses in specific domains from being added to a group and its projects. You can define an email domain allowlist at the top-level namespace only. Subgroups do not offer the ability to define an alternative allowlist.

To restrict group access by domain:

  1. On the left sidebar, select Search or go to and find your group.
  2. Select Settings > General.
  3. Expand the Permissions and group features section.
  4. In the Restrict membership by email field, enter the domain names.
