Admin area overview: Update stats component

Updates component to use styling from GlSingleStat (see https://gitlab-org.gitlab.io/gitlab-ui/?path=/docs/charts-single-stat--docs)

We're using the new typescale heading 1 here and the corresponding MR to update it in GitLab UI can be found here: feat(GlSingleStat): Use typescale headline (gitlab-ui!3913 - merged)

This is a follow-up to Admin area dashboard cleanup (!141857 - merged)
