What does this MR do and why?

  • Replace geo-empty with empty-geo-md, the unused illustration will be deleted from the library later
  • Migrate empty state to GlEmptyState component

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to /admin/geo/sites

  2. See illustration

  3. Open /ee/app/views/admin/geo/settings/show.html.haml and leave only = render 'shared/empty_states/geo' to be rendered

  4. Go to /admin/geo/settings

  5. See illustration
