Add clarity on accessing commit

What does this MR do and why?

It adds a little bit of extra clarity on how to access a commit message in an MR.

I had tried following the steps in the docs and did not understand that I needed to click on the actual commit code itself to go to a new page and got stuck looking for the Options dropdown and not finding it. Open to any other adjustments I just think it could be a bit more clear about how to get to the actual commit's page.
