What does this MR do and why?

Atlassian session token bug in Jira was updated recently with new more recent versions affected.

Our docs stated running a 'later version' than 9.1.0 as a fix for the issue. I have updated this section to now list affected versions.

This affects versions 8.20.8, 8.22.3, 8.22.4, 9.4.6, 9.4.14.
