This should fix When Project Path has an Upper Case, lower case... (#438699 - closed).

Update gitlab-pages

Main changes:

  • Fix project path lookup to work in case insensitive
  • Update dependency golang to v1.21.6
  • Update module golang.org/x/time to v0.5.0
