Revert accidental changes to resolve vuln checks

This reverts some changes that were accidentally introduced in !138890 (merged) and have subsequently disabled the 'Resolve vulnerability with AI' feature.

Follow up

  • As this was not caught by existing specs we should follow up with a feature spec to check the 'Resolve with AI' button is visible on the vulnerability page.
