Reorganize vulnerability list spec
What does this MR do and why?
Before, the various badges specs were scattered, making it difficult to navigate. Grouping all the badges should help increase readability. Also I made improvements to the spec description to enhance clarity. Note: I didn't introduce any new test, I only removed 1 test (see note).
