Resolve Failure in ee/spec/lib/gitlab/search/zoekt/client_spec.rb
What does this MR do and why?
I suspect that since we are asserting just after indexing the indexed files are not yet available, the specs are failing. I have added a sleep so the Zoekt webserver gets enough time to create the indexed files. CHanges in the ee/lib/gitlab/search/zoekt/client.rb is just the refactoring. We don't need to pass the options because these are the same as in the default options.
