Remove invalid Dependency Scanning report example

What does this MR do and why?

Remove https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/application_security/dependency_scanning/#example-vulnerability-report, and reference up-to-date content.

The content of the report hasn't been supported since at least GitLab 14.0 as it uses a deprecated and removed version of the schema (2.0).

Using this example in GitLab would cause a validation error, and be confusing to the user.
