What does this MR do and why?

The Available AWS regions documentation is outdated and does not include 4 available regions. This MR updates the list to include

  • ap-northeast-2 Asia Pacific (Seoul)
  • ap-south-1 Asia Pacific (Mumbai)
  • ca-central-1 Canada (Central)
  • eu-north-1 Europe (Stockholm)
