Include current GitLab sha in the GDK QA image

What does this MR do and why?

We are using this image to run housekeeper in CI. This is needed for our use in housekeeper because we need to base our branches from a specific sha. Since the QA image starts a separate repository it's not really possible for us to work out which GitLab version it was generated from.
