What does this MR do and why?

It was announced back in GitLab 13.12 that MobSF now supported detection and scanning of android and IOS binary files. Blogpost: https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2021/05/22/gitlab-13-12-released/#mobile-application-binary-scanning-support

This is not clear in the documentation, and one might assume it MobSF only supports the scanning of the development files for Android and IOS.
