Update color and spacing of releases page

What does this MR do and why?

• Uses regular text color instead of blue for some of the links (it currently has a lot of blue)
• Use monospace for commit/tag (match other areas in product, like pipelines)
• Use text label for edit button (like other areas in the product using card component)
• Decrease font size of release name
