Remove CH analytics related feature flags

What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the event_sync_worker_for_click_house and the clickhouse_data_collection feature flags. The flags were replaced with an application setting called use_clickhouse_for_analytics: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/analytics.html
