Clean up a few double spaces
What does this MR do?
I was reviewing an MR and noticed that an instance of a double space wasn't caught by our vale rule: when the `Dockerfile` exists
. It's an edge case we can't lint for with the current vale rule due to the backtick next to the double space. Instead of spending time to rewrite the rules to catch all the edge cases, we can just clean these up for now I think.
