Draft: Update file index.md to remove outdated pipeline image

What does this MR do and why?

The image used in View Pipelines is outdated and refers to a view we may have had back in version 13. doc/ci/pipelines/img/pipelines_index_v13_0.png. This has been confusing for customers looking for the term "Triggerer" which is now updated to "Created By".

Update the image to reflect the new view we have in Build > Pipelines page or Pipelines tab.
