Move the BE "first N files render" chart into the blueprint

What does this MR do and why?

Moves a data flow diagram (for rendering N initial files in the BE on page load) for the Reusable Rapid Diffs project from the wiki into the primary blueprint document.

Please note: I'm holding off on any TW reviews until all of the (many) charts have been moved.
