Extract common ArkoseLabs setup code

What does this MR do?

This MR refactors components rendering ArkoseLabs challenge. Common ArkoseLabs setup code are extracted to a utility module to simplify the components and their specs.

Why?

There are now three components that render ArkoseLabs challenge with repeated code to initialize the challenge.
