Productivity Analytics: Move specs to correct subfolder

What does this MR do?

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/14793 we added the filter bar for the Productivity Analytics app.

The store specs in the above MR were added to store/modules/table but they should be located in store/modules/filters.

This MR moves the specs from the table folder to the filters folder since the table folder should contain specs that will be added later.
