Zoekt: Fix tasks logic

What does this MR do and why?

I've noticed that Search::Zoekt::Task.each_task marks delete tasks as orphaned, which isn't correct.

This MR fixes this problem by only marking indexing tasks as orphaned (when no project is associated)
