Output vertex logging input to same as output

Max Woolf requested to merge 451459-vertex-logging into master

What does this MR do and why?

Logs the input and output from Vertex tasks to the same place in our production logs.

Currently input is stored in rails-gprd, and output is in sidekiq-gprd and it would be much easier if they were logged to the same place.
