Update terraform states UI

What does this MR do and why?

• Removes Terraform tab because there's only 1 tab
• Moves content into card
• Red text color for Remove item (and remove some of the words)

What does this MR not do?

Quite a bit 😄 This is just a timeboxed boring solution for some UI polish
