Remove overflow:hidden from gl-card

What does this MR do and why?

• Removes instances of .gl-overflow-hidden within gl-new-card (see #460242 (closed) and #458957 (closed))
• A few mobile bug fixes (see screenshots)

💡 Note There shouldn't be a visual change (other than bug fixes)
