Log errors stuck mr worker
What does this MR do and why?
Related to gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#17921 (closed).
When we were trying to 'unstuck' MR's, we were experiencing some that seemed like they were failing to unlock. This MR is meant to give us extra information around when MR's fail to unlock.
