What does this MR do and why?
Removes the beta badge from project settings for CI/CD Catalog because we are going to GA.

How to set up and validate locally
- Navigate to Settings >> General of any project
- Expand Visibility, project features, permissions
- Scroll down to CI/CD Catalog project
- Insure there is no beta badge by the title
