Move anti-abuse classes to the correct root namespace

What does this MR do and why?

When working on !156146 (merged) I found out that anti-abuse models are not in allowed bounded contexts. This MR changes that and renames the modules. Another possibility would be to change the bounded contexts definition, but I think anti_abuse makes more sense than abuse - it is the name of the group (groupanti-abuse ) and also the functionality is to do anti-abuse things not the opposite.
