Align admin users account content
What does this MR do and why?
- Aligns content in account card
- Fixes bug reported in Slack
What does this MR not do?
- Update the card to the new crud component (see !157201 (merged) for example)
- Fix the content in other cards (will do in a separate MR after cards are updated)
