How to set up and validate locally

  1. View pages with varying button compositions like Issues/MRs etc.
  2. Validate that foreground and background colors for buttons are consistent for icon and icon + text buttons
  3. Existing style overrides for buttons should not effect visual rendering e.g. "Create merge request" button in Issue dropdown
