What does this MR do and why?

Show newest linked items first

This adjusts related work items order to show the newest items first. This is due to the change for child items where we now also list the newest item first and we want to have a consistent experience.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Create an issue
  2. Add related links
  3. Change the URL from /issues/ to /work_items/ and see how the order is now reversed
