Remove cdark class from common.scss. This class was only used in one place and it wasn't actually necessary there.

How to set up and validate locally
Visit the blame for a file in the GDK, such as http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/blame/master/ADOPTERS.md. You will see that the commit link behaves identically to the same experience in prod, but now there is no cdark class applied to it.
