  1. Check out this branch
  2. Visit an issue in the GDK that has designs (or if there are none, add one or more design files to an issue)
  3. inspect the link to the file name at the bottom of the uploaded design card. It will have the classes gl-text-default hover:gl-text-default applied to it. It will look and behave identically to the current experience on production.
