Draft: Test crystalball in MRs

What does this MR do and why?

This MR is a test to check how rspec jobs run with crystalball enabled in MRs.

I want to find out whether having Crystalball enabled might be causing the timeouts mentioned in gitlab-org/quality/engineering-productivity/team#545.

This should not be merged.
