What does this MR do and why?

This MR is a follow-up to Remove Provisioned ObservabilityContainer from ... (!161757 - merged). It removes a bunch of unused logic and components that are not needed anymore. More specifically we are removing

  • Any iframing and CSP logic and components
  • Provisioning / enablement logic and components
