What does this MR do and why?
Related to Work items CRM widget - Expanded card [MVC2] (#474890 - closed)
- Updates the work item CRM contact widget to use expanded cards
- Fixes the real-time contact count while unsaved changes are in flight
- Moves the contacts down to the bottom of the right sidebar (just above participants)

- Select some contacts
- Ensure the count updates realtime
- Ensure the card looks like the design
