Adds expanded logging for the AI Gateway Requests Chain on Duo Chat in hopes we can help debug issues like this.

Note: This only applies to people who have opted in to expanded AI logging, or local development.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable LLM logging

  2. Enable 'summarize_notes_with_duo' feature flag

  3. Click the "View Summary" button on an issue image

  4. You should see an entry for "Made request to AI Client" with the prompt and response entries
