Makes dashboard titles more general

What does this MR do and why?

The "Issues" and "Merge requests" pages/dashboards were titled "Assigned issues", "Assigned merge requests" and "Review requests".

However, that is problematic: The "assigned" aspect is just a preset. Once you change the search filter to e.g. "authored", the headline still stays "assigned", which means the headline is now inconsistent with the actual content.

Changing the headline to the more general "Issues" and "Merge requests", which is also consistent with the titles in the sidebar.
