Add link to error code to Duo Chat response so that people can easily go to the troubleshooting page.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Apply this patch to force Duo Chat to always have an error code
  2. Say anything to Duo Chat
  3. You should see that there a link to the specific error as shown above
