How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable snowplow micro [this can't be tested using just /monitor.rb script]
  2. Trigger an event, for example: create an issue
  3. Make sure that a new event with correlation_id attribute included has been registered at http://localhost:9091/micro/ui
