Backfill instroduced_by_url for old metrics
What does this MR do and why?
See gitlab-org/analytics-section/analytics-instrumentation/metric-dictionary#12 (closed) for context.
This MR updates 1310 metrics with the same introduced_by_url
as the metric dictionary infers every time it is deployed.
You can find the metrics by going to https://metrics.gitlab.com/ and search for "54332".
I have split up the change in 14 commits with maximum 100 changes in each so it should be possible to review it using the UI.
All 1310 metrics were introduced in !54332 (merged) so they belong together.
It might be useful to run curl https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/163103.diff | grep '^\+' |grep -Ev '^\+\+\+' | uniq
to verify that all changes are indeed the same.
