Backfill introduced_by_url for remaining metric definitions

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the remaining metrics definitions which has no value for introduced_by_url. The values ar set to the same values that the metric dictionary infers every time it is deployed.

You can verify some of the values by going to https://metrics.gitlab.com/ and search for key path of the metrics.
