How to set up and validate locally

  1. In rails console enable the work item drawer 
    Feature.enable(:issues_list_drawer)
  2. Visit any group board such as http://127.0.0.1:3000/groups/flightjs/-/boards
  3. Click any card
  4. Make sure that you can update issuable properties and they reflect properly on the card and list.
