Refactor the token security overview page:

  • Fix vale warnings: 6f1cdfe5
  • Move expired tokens topics to troubleshooting (the other expired token scripts are on this page, so it seemed appropriate. Not wedded to this change, though): 61ca0818
  • Other style edits: 934c5f30, cc0e5abd
