Recommend using --password-stdin over insecure -p flag

What does this MR do and why?

The -p flag is considered insecure, and was recently the cause of some issues in Use more secure docker login method (gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/container-scanning!3061 - merged). We should recommend the secure --password-stdin flag wherever possible.
